The summer of 2020 I started stitching denim letters onto thrifted crewnecks. My attempt at finding warmth and kindness in the midst of the pandemic. These sweatshirt have taught me so much and have been a big part of my 10,000 hours. Years later these pieces still learning from the ‘Be Nice’ pieces, always serving as a reminder to walk through life with a kind heart no matter what happens. I hope when people see these pieces they stop for a moment and consider how they are showing up for themselves and others. Most of all, I hope you are nice to yourself.
